1.Loan Processor Tasks Appear in the Task List

Loan Processors assigned to Orders under “Additional Role” will appear in the Task List during Closing Agent Access. In Buyers Access, when prompted to enter Loan Processor’s PIN, leave the field blank and select Continue.


Leave the PIN field blank when prompted to enter Loan Processor’s PIN. The Task List will not list Loan Process in the User (Role) column.

During Closing Agent Access, the Loan Processor’s task will appear in the Task List without the Loan Processor entering their PIN.


2.Optimized Document Loading and Scrolling in Chrome

Chrome user will notice documents are loading 5-pages at a time, allowing users to scroll through without delay. For example, previously users had to click through the thumbnails to navigate through documents, the optimization enables users to scroll through as pages load five pages at a time.

3.Signatures on Documents Not Applied Until Closing Process Has Completed

When an Order closes, the system will prevent users from accessing documents before signature processing is complete. The banner will display the following message:

"The documents in your closing package are processing. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email with the subject line, “Closing Has Completed.” Please refresh your browser at that time to see the signed documents.”


4.Selecting and Applying Template from Drop-down

Previously, you could not apply a template to a document if you navigated using the ‘Document Detail’ drop-down menu.  The system now allows you to apply templates by navigating documents from the ‘Document Details’ drop-down and selecting ‘Document Template’ from the side panel.


5.eNotary – eNotary Seal Updates when Notary Info Changes       

eNotaries create a digital copy of their electronic notary seal and commission for a state when they register with Pavaso as an electronic notary. The system will now automatically update an eNotary’s digital seal if the eNotary makes changes to their information in the ‘Notary Information’ tab.  For example: If a Notary's name, commission expiration date, commission inception date, county, state, or commission number change, Pavaso will update their current seal with the new information.
