1. eNotaries – The system will not allow eNotaries to be added to an Order if the state does not permit electronic notarization. The system will not allow eNotaries to be added to an Order if the state in which the notarization is occurring does not permit electronic notarization (eNotary). A warning message will pop-up informing users that if they choose to move forward, they will be required to print all notary documents for wet signatures and later import them after the closing.
Warning popup states, “The state where the notarization will occur does not permit electronic notarization (eNotary). This will restrict the Notary from electronically notarizing any documents that require such act. If you choose to proceed with selected state, they will be asked to print out any documents requiring notarization when they are conducting the Digital Closing.”
1.Buyer/Seller Complete button activates irrespective of Title documents being printed.Title documents requiring wet signatures were preventing the Buyer/Seller Complete button from enabling, although all tasks for the Buyer(s)/Seller(s) were completed. Title documents will no longer be required to be printed for the button to activate.
2.Tags Adjusted to Fit Template. When applying a saved template to a document of a different size, i.e. letter size vs. legal size, tags could be placed off the page, preventing the Order from closing.
Tags will now automatically adjust to appear within the size of the document and can then be moved by the user to their correct locations.
A pop-up message will appear and state, “There are tags outside of the uploaded document(s) and auto-moved inside. Please check and adjust the appropriate positions in the following document(s) later.”
