Pavaso Closing Checklist

Before your Closing Appointment:

    Verify that your Order is in “Pending Closing” status.

    Have any documents that require wet-signatures in paper format.

    Ensure that any printed documents are accompanied with their corresponding barcode
       cover page as the first page of each set.

    Verify that the Hardware you are working with meets Pavaso’s minimum system
       requirements. (

    If the closing takes place in your office, verify that you have working Wi-Fi accessibility.

    If closing remotely, verify that you will have WI-FI, Mobile or Hotspot accessibility.

    Is eNotarization acceptable for the state you are conducting notarization? If so, will this be
       the method used for the closing? If yes, confirm that your eNotary Registration with Pavaso
       is active.
