Borrower's Guide: The Review and Accept Process

Note:  Each Borrower listed on the order must complete this process.


Creating your Account

  1. You will receive an email invitation from You must click on the link inside the email to be able to create your account on

Note: Email Invitation verbiage and logo will vary by Lender. 
  1. Create a username and password to “Create account”
  1. Read and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.


Accessing your Order

  1. Click on the Digital Close application icon.  This icon may have a slight name and brand variation by Lender.
Note: If the Digital Close application does not automatically appear on your screen, click on the blue box with plus sign to add the application to your Home Dashboard screen.
  1. Create your 6-digit PIN. 
Remember – You will need to know this PIN on the day of your closing.

  1. Take a moment to watch a quick tour that demonstrates how you will review and accept your loan documents.

  1. In the Digital Close Order Lobby, click anywhere on your order to open.
  1. Read and accept the Consent for use of electronic signatures.


Review and Accept your Loan Documents

  1. The Document List screen gives you early access to your closing documents. Click on the first document name to open and review that document.

  1. When opening your documents for the first time you will see a popup with information about how to complete the review and accept process.  “Continue.”

  1. To be able to accept a document, you must scroll through all pages or click on all thumbnails to active the “Accept and Save” button.  Once it becomes blue, click on this button to accept and the next document will open automatically.  Repeat this step for all documents.

Note: To decline a document, simply go “Back” and click on the next document link on the list.  If you have a question or concern, you can click on the “View/Edit Notes” link to add a note for your Lender/Closing Agent.


Completing the Review and Accept Process

  1. When you have finished, you will be directed to the completion screen.  If you agree with the list of accepted documents, click on “I verify that the information is correct.” 

Note: If you do not automatically see this screen, click on the green “Complete Pre-closing” button on the bottom left of your screen.

Note: You can also send a message to your closing agent by clicking on “This information doesn’t look right.”

  1. Read the next instructions and complete the Review and Accept process by clicking on “I am ready for closing.”
